Since I've began trying out various skincare products I have quickly learnt that sometimes the simple products are the best ones. During the winter, my skin tends to have a breakdown, consisting of excessive dry patches and blemishes that never seem to disappear. If you've been reading my blog for some time, you will know how much I swear by Lush skincare to sort out my problematic skin. Their natural ingredients and lack of harsh chemicals makes my skin sing.
Tea tree has been doing its magic on my skin for as long as I can remember and I doubt my skincare routine will ever be without it. Toners are designed to shrink the appearance of pores, cleanse the skin getting rid of any dirt you've missed and to replenish your skin back to it's natural pH level. Lush Tea Tree Water is a facial mist that helps to keep your skin clear and refreshed. After cleansing, I like to spray to product directly onto a cotton pad and swipe it over my face. Unlike other facial mists, I don't feel like my make up in going to melt away if I spritz my face if I decide to freshen up during the day. Even though I have sensitive skin, I never feel like this irritates my skin, in fact I feel like my skin looks healthier and glowing from the get-go. Tea Tree is added to clarify the skin, whilst grapefruit water refreshes and Juniperberry balances the skin, all of these ingredients make my skin happy. I would recommend this to anybody that wants a light weight, natural toner which is suitable for all skin types.
I've had this in my armory for years now and its just brilliant, especially if a breakout lurking its way in :) It last for ages too!

I've only sampled lush skincare, and from that I can definitely agree that simple is the way to go for skincare! I back away from a lot of the more chemical compounds in a lot of products these days, they really don't do any good for your skin!

This makes me want to grab this right now!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds really great! Despite having used their bath bombs and face masks I haven't really ventured too far into Lush's skincare products. Love that it's got natural ingredients to keep things simple on your skin xx

I almost bought this toner a while back but then talked myself out of it because I didn't think it would really work, I think you've just convinced me to actually get it. I've just recently become a fan of spray toners so I think now will be the perfect time.
