Three Non-Fiction Books To Read

There's nothing I love more than settling down for the night with a steaming hot chocolate and a story to delve into, but every now and again, I like to pick up a non-fiction book to teach me a few facts and to generally learn from. Today's line up is all about the three non-fiction books that I've been loving lately.

Pretty Honest By Sali Hughes has been one of my favourite beauty books of all time and is one that I come back to time and time again. It's a must have and a great source for anything beauty related, from how to build a makeup routine to dealing with more complex skin issues.

I picked up Dreamopedia last year when I wanted to learn a little bit more about my dreams. I remember having a similar, yet more complicated version when I was younger, but this easy to understand book is perfect if you're just starting out. It's one that you've got to have on your bedside table to remind you each morning to look up what you've dreamt before you forget it.

Hygge was a topic everyone seemed to be talking about in the colder months and The Little Book Of Hygge* is a still a must-read for me. As an Autumn girl through and through, I absolutely love reading about all the ways you can embrace all things cosy including lights, books and endless blankets.

What are your favourite non-fiction books?
