A Sneak Peek Into My Skincare Collection

This year I've really fallen head over heels in love with skincare again, finally figuring out what works best for my skin and collecting many products that suit my changing skin type too. I've still got quite a few bits and bobs on my wish list to fill in some empty spaces or to just try out, but I thought I would share a sneak peak into my skincare collection:

Starting of with a new addition; the Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Toner, one that has already stolen my heart a little despite not having it for very long. Although I obviously can't see any long term effects yet, it really does help to smooth pores, soften the skin and calm my complexion too.

Of course, a new addition to my face mask collection is both the Sephora Sheet Mask and Skinfood Watermelon Mask, both of these being targeted at dehydrated, lacklustre skin. The Watermelon offering has been a skin saviour of mine whilst feeling poorly and with all the travelling I've been doing.

The Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser has quickly made it into my top cleansers as I have been using this cult favourite daily since I got it. This light floral scented product helps to melt away makeup, cleanse and soften the skin. I'm already planning on re-purchasing this -although I have barely made a dent- just because I love it that much and the Origins Modern Friction Cleansing Oil is next on my list to try - Have you tried this?

Talking of cleansers, a favourite of mine for some time was the Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel which works in a similar way to the Milky Jelly Cleanser. It's great for sensitive skin like my own and I really ought to purchase another bottle of it soon as I'm running low.

If there's a skincare brand that has taken the blogging industry by storm recently it's The Ordinary, a range of products that are super affordable and can be used for targeted skin problems. Their Salicylic Acid Solution is a great blemish buster, whilst the Caffeine Solution helps target dark under eye circles and the Glycolic Acid Toner deserves all the recognition it's getting because it's a staple of mine.

I really want to add to my Pixi collection this Autumn as both the Glow Tonic and Peel and Polish have both impressed me. The latter is perfect at scrubbing the surface of my skin without being too abrasive, but instead helps to keep any dry patches at bay. I can't wait to see how this works on my skin during the colder months as I'm always in the market for any effective exfoliator.

When it comes to moisturisers, I have a few of my go-to favourites including the Origins Ginzing and Kiehls Ultra Facial Moisturiser. They both hydrate my complexion, work great when in conjunction with other oils and soothe my skin too.

There are many long serving favourites in my skincare routine including the Bioderma Micellar Water, Origins Face Masks and Aesop Fabulous Face Oil. They're ones that I have repurchased time and time again, meaning as a skincare addict like myself, they really are the creme de la creme of skincare.

Of course, I can't feature every skincare item I own otherwise we'll be here all day, so I thought I would put together a few of my other products here too:
