Firework Night Inspired Makeup

I don't usually change anything about my makeup when it comes to firework night as I'm usually wrapped up in several layers of clothing and a scarf. This year I wanted to do something different and add a little sparkle to my everyday makeup. Here are my top firework night makeup picks:

As soon as I set eyes on the Stila Written In The Stars Set* I knew that it would be perfect for bonfire night, parties and Christmas too. When I say they have incredible longevity, I really do mean it because once set, they won't budge. The three shades are amazing and I can't wait to use them on my lid - Kitten Karma is great when paired with a smokey eye and will be the one I'll be sporting on the night.

For an inner corner of the eye highlight, I'll be reaching for the Nars Rigel Eyeshadow as it perks up my peepers and looks great with a smokey eye and a pair of lashes. The Clarins Aquatic Rose option is a good one too if you just want a subtle wash of colour to your lids.

The Fenty Beauty Starstruck Match Stix is very fitting for the occasion as it's sparkly and adds a glow to the cheeks. It looks perfect paired with the Becca Rose Quartz Light Chaser Highlighter*, a unique offering that offers a pink sheen and a gold shift. It's heavenly and in the magical lights of the fireworks, I'm sure it'll look even more otherworldly.

Now I'm slowly starting to feel christmassy, I feel like getting out my luxe lipsticks including the Tom Ford Addision pick. It's nude, easy to apply and is the perfect formula for colder nights as it feels comfortable on my lips even when they're feeling slightly chapped.

What makeup are you wearing this bonfire night?
