I recently rediscovered my love for the L'Oreal Nude Magique Cushion Foundation, a fresh glowing base that has a lightweight finish, yet a generous amount of coverage. You can sheer it out if you want a tint or build it up using a beauty sponge when you want to cover more blemishes or redness. When I want to keep my base light, but eliminate any dark circles, I go in with the Glossier Stretch Concealer which is an extremely creamy concealer that works into the complexion nicely and never looks like you're wearing much on the skin.
I used to be someone who couldn't go without bronzer and although it's still in my top necessities when I'm doing my makeup, I've discovered the benefits of a complexion boosting blush. The Benefit Coralista is a rediscovery for me, but the peachy coral shade adds the perfect amount of colour to my cheeks to brighten my face.
After a quick slick of mascara, I go in with a lipgloss. I've never been a fan before, but recently I found a few of them that add a little sheen without being sticky. The Becca Liptuitive Lip Glow* and Pixi Cake Lip Icing* are two of my go-to's as they make my lips look plump and healthy, disguising how chapped and dry they are when I go out. It doesn't give off a high shine sheen either, meaning I feel comfortable wearing them day to day.
