Despite the weather still being rather unpredictable, it's safe to say that we're now officially is double figure temperatures which means that Spring is just around the corner. The new season brings blossoming flowers, longer days and possible (?!) sunshine which I'm looking forward to, but I thought I'd round up Winter with a favourites post, letting you know my go-to makeup products, what I've been wearing and even snacks I've been enjoying too!

I tend to forget that Winter started before Christmas, but I wanted to focus mainly on the products I've been using and wearing in 2019 so far. Skincare wise, I've been using the Glossier Milky Oil to get rid of my eye makeup and then I follow it up using the Pixi Rose Cream Cleanser*. The latter gets rid of any traces of makeup, whilst being nourishing on the skin. I follow it up with another cleanse if I need it and then the rest of my skincare routine, ending with applying the Sunday Riley Tidal Cream* to keep my dehydrated complexion hydrated.

Makeup is something that I like to change regularly, updating my makeup bag as I go along. I've been using the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit since I got it and it's still going strong in terms of being my favourite all-rounder. It has everything you need powder wise and is very compact which means it's great for travelling. Milk Makeup came to the UK back at the end of January - making it a good start to the New Year. I picked up a variety of products, but it's the Baked Matte Bronzer that has stolen my heart and I think it'll be used throughout the next two seasons too!
End of Winter Beauty and Lifestyle Favourites In terms of fashion, I wore my Missguided Double Breasted Check Coat (now in the sale for £36!) pretty much everyday that it was cold. I can't tell you how many compliments I've got when wearing it which is always a lovely plus. Other than the coat, if there was one other item that I'd say I wore pretty much all the time it's the Nasty Gal Check On It Skirt which I can safely say was the best money I spent all Winter and I'm already looking at their other skirts.

For food to make it into a favourites post, it has to be amazing in my opinion. After going to Prague back in January, we came back with the need to consume some fruit and veggies, so I whipped up a daily dose of green smoothies to tuck in to. Currently I'm loving the combination of mango, pineapple, spinach and kale which has perked me up on a Winter's morning.

On the not-so-healthy side of things, I've been loving three snack alternatives to the traditional crisps. Bepps, which are puffed seasoned black-eye peas are in the top three alongside Hippeas, the ultimate moorish chickpea snack and the my recent find Lorenz Peanut Curly Puffs which I picked up from the range and honestly they're SOO good - it makes me want to bulk buy.

Food aside, I've been loving binge watching a TV show or two including The Umbrella Academy, Derry Girls and Sex Education too. Due to illness back in January, we did make it through what felt like 80% of Netflix, the new Luther series getting devoured as well as You.

In my house, I've updated a few of my rooms including adding this H&M Wool Blend Rug to my bedroom alongside a full side mirror to create a cosier feel. Downstairs I've switched a few items around and added some new plants to any bare areas. Adding green has given my whole home a Spring-like look and I'm already thinking of investing in some more hanging plants to dot around.

As I mentioned before, Prague was an amazing getaway and after our spontaneous trip to Wales at the end of February in which we had amazing Sunny weather, we've both been planning to get away soon too. Originally I wanted to go to Porto, Portugal and I still do, but with things being a little last minute I'm thinking that hopping over to Bratislava, Slovakia might be a nice idea too as it means we can visit Vienna, Austria in a day too - two countries in one trip!
